RULES & REGULATIONS

1 Only pupils aged 3 years and above will be accepted in the school
2 The school is a kindergarten and primary mixed day school. Classes start 7:30am from Monday to Friday, except designated public holiday.
3 It is a requirement that pupils attend all lessons, and sit all assessment tests and end term exam.
4 Parents are expected to review the reports and diaries for concurrences.
5 Upon admission, a medical card from the child welfare clinic or birth certificate must be produced accompanied by the child’s immunization certificate.
6 Interview is applicable for new pupils joining the school, except Play group. This is at a fee of Ksh 500.
7 School fees must be paid in full by the 7th day of the second month of the current term.
8 All fees must be paid into the school’s bank account, and the pay in slip produced at the school office to verify payment and issuance of an official receipt.
9 No fees will be refunded to the parents for non-attendance of the child during the month for any reason.
10 Children suffering from skin infections, open sores, colds or any other infectious diseases, will be required to be away from school to recuperate.
11 Parents are responsible for picking their children at the drop off points or school, in the event a parent delegates such a duty to another e.g. Nanny, driver or any other person, a written letter of authorization will be required to inform the school, indicating the name and ID number of the person designated to collect the child.
12 The school will not be responsible for any child remaining in school after 5:00pm.
13 Any parent who wants to know the progress of the child must see the head teacher in the office before proceeding to see the class teacher.
14 In the interest of the children, parents are advised to notify the school immediately should there be any change in their postal address, physical residential address or telephone number.
15 The management reserves the rights to admission and expulsion, and to withdraw, amend, revise or make additions to any of these regulations. Notice of such changes will be duly communicated to the parents.
16 Label all the school items for your child i.e. sweaters, shirts, dresses, shorts etc for identification purposes to avoid losses.
